Stay conditions

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Shorter stays: surcharge
During high season: weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Visitors

Guests must inform the owners if they expect visitors who are not staying in the apartments.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: apartments available from 13:00
Departure: apartments must be vacated by 09:30 am
Final cleaning: included if the apartment is left tidy, otherwise a surcharge may apply

Payment

Payment accepted in cash or by bank transfer
For bank transfers: must be completed no later than 3 days before departure

Reservation

The booking is confirmed after payment of a deposit and receipt of written confirmation.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
